Terms of service

AccessRadar is provided by Swift Labs LLC. Contact: support@deadlinkpatrol.com.

  1. What it is. AccessRadar runs automated checks that find common accessibility issues on public web pages. Automated checks find some, not all, accessibility issues (they catch only a portion of WCAG problems). This is not legal advice, not a legal assessment and not a certification. It does not guarantee that a site meets any law or standard, and it is not a substitute for manual testing by people, including people who use assistive technology.
  2. Use. Only scan sites you own or are authorized to test. Don't use the service to overload sites or evade our limits.
  3. Billing. Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Cancel any time; monitoring continues to the end of the paid month. If the service didn't work for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it.
  4. No warranty. The service is provided "as is". Results can include false positives and miss issues.
  5. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
  6. Changes. We may update these terms; we'll email paying customers about material changes.
